Our Story..

At our company, construction is more than just a job - it's about family, community, and building lasting relationships. Founded by Matt Cantoni, our company was built on hard work, trust, and a commitment to serving the community with quality craftsmanship and care.

Matt may be the owner, but he has never been one to simply sit behind a desk. He is hands-on with every project, working side by side with the team and making sure every job is completed with pride and attention to detail. His leadership and dedication set the standard for the entire company.

Alongside him is Head Project Manager Andrew Salas, whose strong work ethic, determination, and people-first mindset help keep every project running smoothly. Andrew has made this company a true priority and is known for building strong relationships with both clients and the team through his reliability, communication, and commitment to excellence.

What truly makes our company special is our team of nine dedicated individuals who are more than employees - they are family. Together, we've built a culture rooted in respect, loyalty, teamwork, and a genuine passion for serving our community.

Bringing that vision to life is a team of dedicated individuals who each play an important role in the success of our company and projects.

Hannah Whitney, our Project Manager and Lead of our Interior Design Team, brings over 15 years of experience in both project management and interior design. Her expertise helps seamlessly combine functionality, organization, and beautiful design to ensure every project comes together with purpose and precision.

Our field supervisors, Joseph Cantoni, Louis Cantoni and Dom Salas help keep every job site running smoothly and efficiently while maintaining quality, communication, and attention to detail throughout each phase of construction.

Antonella Hanao, Office Administrator, is the backbone of our operations, helping keep everything organized and connected behind the scenes so our team and projects continue to run effectively.

McKennah Turner, leads our social media and Communications, helping us stay connected with our clients and community while sharing the heart behind the work we do.

Our Project Managers, Matt Cantoni, Andrew Salas, Jose salas, play a vital role in overseeing projects, supporting clients, and helping ensure each job is completed with professionalism, care, and efficiency.

Matt Cantoni

Matt Cantoni

Project Manager

Matt Cantoni has been working in the construction industry since 1992, building a career rooted in craftsmanship, attention to detail, and a passion for creating exceptional homes. He began his career with a painting company, where he developed an eye for high-end finishes and quality workmanship before transitioning into carpentry and starting his own business in 1995. Throughout the years, he has worked extensively in high-end remodels and custom home construction, helping bring countless projects to life. Some of the homes he contributed to have even been featured in Better Homes & Gardens, a testament to the quality and care he brings to every project. 

Over the course of his career, Matt has gained experience across a wide range of construction projects, including commercial work on Google facilities and restaurant builds, where he developed valuable experience in fast-paced, detail  oriented environments. Holding an inspection certification and remaining actively involved in the field, he enjoys being hands on throughout the building process and believes that staying connected to the day-to-day work is one of the best ways to ensure quality results. He takes pride in building strong relationships with clients, guiding projects from concept to completion, and helping turn ideas into homes that families will enjoy for generations.

Outside of work, Matt enjoys living a hands-on lifestyle. He spends much of his free time gardening, raising chickens and goats, pickling vegetables from his garden, and caring for his animals. He also enjoys horseback riding, biking, hiking with his two dogs, cooking and firing up the barbecue whenever he gets the chance. Whether he's working on a construction project, tending to his homestead, or exploring the outdoors, Matt enjoys creating, building, and learning new things everyday.

Andrew Salas

Andrew Salas

Project Manager

Andrew Salas brings more than 25 years of construction experience and a lifelong passion for building to every project he takes on. Having started in the industry at just 15 years old, he has built a diverse background spanning commercial construction, restaurant builds, tenant improvements, large-scale remodels, and high-end custom homes.

During his eight years of military service, he honed the discipline, leadership skills, and attention to detail that continue to guide his approach both professionally and personally. He enjoys the challenge of coordinating complex projects and takes pride in seeing a vision come together from planning stages through completion.

Outside of work, he is passionate about maintaining a healthy and active lifestyle. He enjoys spending time in the gym, staying up to date on nutrition and wellness, and continuously learning new ways to improve both physically and mentally. He also has a deep appreciation for nature and enjoys bird watching, exploring the outdoors, and expanding his knowledge of the natural world. Whether he's traveling to a new destination or discovering something new at home, he values experiences that allow him to keep learning and growing. His curiosity, dedication, and commitment to excellence make him a valued leader both on and off the site.

Project Manager - Lead Interior Designer

Hannah Whitney brings a refined, detail-driven approach to luxury interiors, partnering closely with our team, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and homeowners to create spaces that reflect both beauty and purpose. Her work is rooted in a deep understanding of materiality, spatial flow, and timeless and sometimes daring design, shaped by her travels around the world and her education at an Australian-based interior design school.

Her experience spans ground-up custom builds, multi-family projects, commercial spaces, and transformative remodels.

She brings extensive experience in community outreach and has collaborated closely with the City of Whitefish, the City of Kalispell, and the City of Columbia Falls planning and building departments to secure Planned Unit Developments (PUDs), including the successful development of a 146-unit project from concept through completion.  With an instinct for harmony and a sharp eye for finishes, Hannah thoughtfully layers architecture, function, and luxury into every space. Each project is tailored to reflect the client’s lifestyle and the character of the home, resulting in interiors that feel both elevated and enduring.

When Hannah isn’t working, you’ll usually find her at the baseball fields with her kids, spending time with her dog, or planning her next adventure.

McKennah Turner

McKennah Turner

Social Media & Communications

 McKennah Turner enjoys connecting with people and bringing fresh ideas into everything she does. She loves being part of a strong community and enjoys work that allows her to think outside the box, take on challenges, and continue growing both personally and professionally. With a passion for learning, she is currently pursuing degrees in Interior Design and Business Management while also working beside Glacier Valley's lead Interior Designer Hannah Whitney, as an assistant. Through every opportunity, she continues to push herself outside of her comfort zone and expand her knowledge within the industry.

 

Outside of work, McKennah enjoys spending time in nature and finding inspiration through a variety of hobbies and interests. She loves gardening, hiking, camping, painting, cooking and getting lost in a book. She also values quiet moments spent meditating or unwinding outdoors after a busy day. Whether she's working on a new project or spending time with her two cats Binx and Miso she enjoys living a balanced lifestyle centered around growth, curiosity, and appreciating the little things.

Louis Cantoni

Louis Cantoni enjoys the hands-on nature of construction and appreciates that no two days on the job are ever the same. He takes pride in working hard, staying productive, and being part of a strong team that works together to bring projects to life. He enjoys the problem-solving and variety that come with the construction industry and values seeing a project progress from the ground up to the finished result. Always willing to grow his skills and experience in the field every day. Known for his strong work ethic and positive attitude, he values the relationships and teamwork that come with the industry and enjoys being part of projects that create lasting results for clients and the community.
 

Outside of work he enjoys spending time outdoors and staying active. In his free time, he enjoys backpacking, hiking, fishing, working out, and working on cars. Whether he's exploring the outdoors, in the gym or working in the garage, he enjoys staying busy and always finding new ways to challenge himself.

Joey Cantoni enjoys being out in the field and thrives in an environment where there is always something to accomplish. He likes the fast pace of construction and the satisfaction that comes from seeing steady progress day after day. Whether it's coordinating with crews, keeping work moving forward, or helping solve challenges as they arise, he enjoys being in the middle of the action and contributing to the success of each build. For him, one of the most rewarding parts of the job is watching a home take shape and knowing he played a role in bringing it to life.

When he's away from the job sites, he enjoys spending time outdoors fishing, camping, and making memories with family and friends. He also loves food and cooking and appreciates any opportunity to gather people together around a good meal. Known for his easygoing personality and strong work ethic, he brings a dependable attitude to everything he does and enjoys building relationships with both coworkers and clients along the way.

Dom Salas

Dominic Salas

Field Support Manager

Dominic Salas's passion for construction started at a young age through his father, who quit his job the day he found out Dom was going to be born to pursue his dream of becoming a successful business owner. Growing up around the industry, he was introduced to construction early on even "helping" his dad build decks for the family business in Texas by installing a screw as young as three years old.  What started as childhood memories quickly turned into a lifelong passion, and he officially entered the construction industry full time at 19 years old. He takes pride in working hard, continuing to grow his skills, and being part of projects that come together through teamwork dedication, and attention to detail.

Outside of work, he enjoys staying active and spending as much time outdoors as possible. He loves training MMA, hiking, camping, fishing, and exploring with his dog, Samwise. When he's not outdoors or training, you can usually find him relaxing with video games or watching movies.
